Its finely serrated stainless steel blade cuts cleanly without crushing ingredients, while the forked tip allows convenient lifting and serving of slices.
Precision laser-cut in Solingen, Germany, the lightweight blade is hardened to 56 HRC for dependable sharpness and durability. The ergonomic, triple-riveted POM handle provides comfort, control and resistance to fading and discoloration. Hand washing and immediate drying are recommended.
